On 6 October 2026, Edinburgh's Teaching Matters published an account of using PTES feedback to shape online community support.
The MSc Clinical Management of Pain team prioritised community after a fall in its Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey score. Its response included informal online discussions, guest webinars and a quarterly newsletter.
The authors report a later improvement in the community score. The account lacks respondent counts and a controlled comparison, so it cannot isolate the contribution of each activity.
The October account describes earlier programme activity, including PTES 2025.
Our PTES comment analysis service helps postgraduate teams examine written feedback on their programmes alongside themes such as community and support.
