Jisc confirmed on 8 October 2026 that digital experience survey templates are available to colleges with project or organisation-level Online Surveys subscriptions.
The announcement covers a UK further education library spanning course evaluation, accessibility and digital experience. It includes an account from UCEN Manchester, a higher education provider, of using Online Surveys for a pre-arrival questionnaire.
Jisc's Digital Experience Insights closure FAQ set 31 July 2026 as the service's retirement date and described plans for self-service question sets. The October announcement confirms availability for colleges, developing the position described in our DEI closure briefing.
Benchmarking remains a separate development. Jisc invites colleges to express interest in a future service; the announcement does not launch it.
