University of Plymouth commits to three-year Student Voice AI partnership

Student Voice AI announces a three-year partnership with the University of Plymouth to improve how the university analyses and acts on student feedback. The agreement covers onboarding of core surveys and ongoing development of reporting outputs.
The partnership focuses on reducing the time between collecting open‑text student feedback and making it available in a structured, analysed form. This allows the university to identify issues and take action more quickly.
Laura Burbidge, MI & Analytics Manager at the University of Plymouth, described the early results: "The adoption of Student Voice services has improved efficiencies here at the University of Plymouth and enabled speedy provision of categorised open comments. That means actions can be put in place more quickly."
On the onboarding process and ongoing collaboration, Burbidge said: "Student Voice have been incredibly helpful and flexible from the outset, ensuring the smooth onboarding of all our core surveys. They are very proactive and encourage a collaborative partnership, enabling my team to constantly evolve the service and outputs we access,"
Burbidge added: "We are very much looking forward to working with Student Voice over the next three years, as we continue to develop our capability."
