Editorial policy
Student Voice AI publishes practical guidance and case studies about analysing student feedback (including NSS, PTES, PRES, UKES, and module evaluations). This page explains how we create content, how we review it, and how we handle updates and corrections.
What we publish
- Case studies that show what students raise and how institutions might respond.
- Methodology pages that explain defensible workflows for open-text analysis.
- Buyer and comparison guides focused on governance and operational fit in UK higher education.
Sources and evidence
We aim to make claims that are useful to practitioners and easy to validate. Where we refer to sector surveys, governance concepts, or common analytic practices, we write to be specific (definitions, stable headings, FAQs) and we prefer primary or authoritative sources where possible.
Review and updates
- We review pages when survey cycles, guidance, or product capabilities change.
- For pages where freshness matters, we show both Published and Updated dates.
- We prefer additive updates (new sections or clarifications) over rewriting history.
Corrections
If you believe something is inaccurate or misleading, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the page and update the “Updated” date.
